Tsukasa Taiko chibikko + youth ensemble visited the beautiful Anderson Japanese Gardens on May 4th, 2019. In light of Kodomo no Hi, or Children’s Day that takes place on May 5th, all active kids performers traveled to Rockford to lead interactive hands-on workshops and complete two shows by themselves. The day wrapped up with great weather and fantastic young audience members. Everyone had a lot of fun, and we hope to have inspired the next generation of Tsukasa drummers within our participants.
